Here is a Youtube-Videos showing the SK14 parabolic-cooker in action:

This one shows how to cook rice, fry vegetables and cook water for a meal. The dishes are cooke one after another and stored in an isolated box (so called hay-box) to be hot and ready at the same time. Note that the rice-cooking is continued in the hay-box.
